ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Service and Marketing Intern with our office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads and schedule appointments.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Property and Casualty License (opportunity to be able to obtain)
Part-Time Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Call Marketing List of existing customers - Fill out and turn in updated quote sheets
- Call each day’s birthday list - Update all household information in ECRM/Form
- Take payments from current clients - Help clients initiate Claims
- Help answer phones (last on phones)
- Asking for referrals on all positive customer interactions
- Asking for Google Reviews on all positive customer interactions
Pay & Commission Structure:
o Base Pay $14/hour.
o $5 per pivot to sales team member (filled out quote sheet)
o $5 extra if the pivot to the sales team closes
o $5 per appointment set & shown
o Team Bonuses
